I understand that staying active isn’t just a hobby for you, it’s a must-have! That’s why will focus on helping you get out of pain, get back to your favorite workouts and teach you the skills for long-term preventative health.
Step 1
Root Cause and Goal Setting
During your first appointment, we’ll test not only the area that is holding you back but also all of the joints that work with that area. It’s all connected!
From this, we’ll create a targeted plan customized to you.
Then, we’ll set your goals! This is where I encourage you to dream. I can’t tell you how many clients I’ve had say, “Dare I say it? I want to run again.” or “I’m not even sure if it’s possible, but hiking would mean the world to me.” So often it is possible, and I’ll support you every step of the way.
Step 2
Develop a Custom Plan
We’ll create a plan that’s customized to you.
No generic programs with stretchy bands here.
After the appointment, here’s what you’ll receive:
Custom exercise videos to follow so you know exactly which exercises to do and the best form for each
A tailored training plan to help you reach your goals (running program, strength training plan, walking plan, etc.)
Exercises that change/update every 2-4 weeks to ensure you don’t hit a plateau

Teach You a Long-Term Solution
I’ll teach you the proactive, preventative training your body needs to not only maintain your results but also reduce your risk of injury in the future.
