How long are appointments?

Initial evaluations are 75 minutes and follow-up appointments are 50 minutes.

How often will we meet for sessions?

2-3x/month is the average, and this can vary some depending on your diagnosis and plan.

Are you seeing people in-person or online?

We currently offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

What are your COVID-19 policies?

Masks are mandatory for all sessions and temperature checks are completed before every session.

Are you contracted with insurance?

Catalyst is out of network with insurance and we accept HSA/FSA for all TN residents.
